Membership Payments
Membership payments are charged for access to digital membership benefits, verified profile journey, and Download ID-Card facility as per the selected plan.
Refund Eligibility
Refund may be considered only if payment was deducted but membership was not activated due to a technical issue, duplicate payment was made, or the service could not be provided due to a platform-side failure.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refund may not be available if the user has successfully activated membership, completed KYC, generated/downloaded ID-Card, violated platform policies, submitted false information, or misused the platform.
Cancellation
Users may stop using paid services anytime, but cancellation does not automatically guarantee refund unless it qualifies under the refund eligibility conditions.
